It all started …
when we tried to use a dehydrated rice sheet. After breaking a few and sticking a few others, we realised there had to be a better way: A better product, with a fresher taste and easier to use…
Yep it yourself was born! Conceived in France, our mix has a functional role: providing a fresher, simpler and gluten-free alternative to rice crepes…
… but also a cultural ambition: we want to help people discover rice crepes beyond spring rolls, because they also provide a light and creative alternative to traditional (wheat) crepes and can suit many occasions.
