Rinse the salad and cut in strips. Cut slices of ham in halves.
Mix cream cheese & basil / chives.
Stir the yep mix into water. Add a pinch of salt.
Heat a lightly oiled, non-stick frying pan. Pour a laddle of batter to and form a crepe (pancake). Cook for 1 to 2 minutes . It is not necessary to cook it both sides.
Flip the yep on a lightly oiled plate.Let it cool down for a minute or 2 before handling
Fill with basic / chives, half a slice of ham, spread the cream cheese and add lettuce.
Roll completely and cut small sections of (1 inch / 4 cm)
Try with any other cheese, add pepper or nuts. You can also try with turkey or duck.
