The lightness of a yep, the juiciness of fresh fruits!
Peel the apples and chop into small pieces. Cook in a covered pan with the knob of butter and honey.
Cook red fruits & berries with 2 tbsp sugar – letting simmer gently.
In a medium bowl, mix together milk, oil , egg and food flavorings of your choice.
Add salt, sugar, yep rice mix to milk mixture. Mix until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled, non-stick frying pan. Pour a laddle of batter to and form a crepe (pancake).
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
Flip the yep onto a plate and fill with apples & red fruits preparations.
