Coco yep


A naked yep packed with flavours




Ingredients (for 6 medium yeps) :

100g (4 oz) of yep rice mix
100 ml coconut milk
100 ml water
3-4 sprigs of chives
1/2 tbsp curcuma
a pinch of salt

Mix the coconut milk and water together.
Stir the yep mix until smooth. Add a pinch of salt.

Heat a lightly oiled, non-stick frying pan. Pour a laddle of batter to and form a crepe (pancake). Cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

Flip the yep on a lightly oiled plate.Let it cool down for a minute or 2 before handling.

Fill the yep with your favourite ingredients. Fold your yep in half or roll it!
